There
is a fundamental problem to getting fit and expecting to get
continuous results. And that is the very fact that, as you try to get
fit, you do
actually become fitter. I know that sounds strange so please stay with
me.
You see
your body adapts to any stress that is placed upon
it. So when you exercise you adapt by getting fitter. This makes the
exercise
easier to perform.
But...
...Because
the exercise is now easier to do you are using less
energy to do it. Less energy means fewer calories burned each and every
time
you do it.
So what
once was a challenging workout to do and may have
burned 400 calories now only burns 300 calories. You see the problem
now don’t
you!
It
doesn’t matter whether your exercise routine involves
walking, running, going to the gym, yoga or Pilates this principle
applies to
all forms of exercise.
And if you look back on your
results (or lack of results) over the last 6 weeks you can now see why.
Now the
most common answer to this problem is to increase
the exercise time but do you honestly want to do that? Exercise for
longer and
longer until you are living in the gym?
No
The
solution is to:
STOP
EXERCISING AND START TRAINING
Are you:
Fed up
with the feeling of not getting any results?
Bored with the gym?
Sick and tired
with wasting your precious time for little or no reward?
But
wouldn't you prefer:
Continuous
results?
The
scales to drop weekly?
The
inches to disappear every time you look in a mirror?
A
feeling of knowing what you are doing is
working?
Then
you must start TRAINING
One of the main principles of
Training is that there must be
progression, Training towards an end result. Unfortunately most
exercisers
don’t understand this, not only that but, most Fitness Instructors
& Personal
Trainers don’t get it either.
Think
about how many people you know who have started a diet
and exercise plan but never achieved their desired results? Obviously
motivation and commitment were important factors BUT don't you think
you would be more motivated and commited if you knew that what you were
doing was
working.
The
only way you can know your programme is working is if you are
constantly improving. And this can only be done through following a
training programme specifically designed for this.
If you ARE serious
about getting results then you MUST
consistently improve with every session. If you are not improving
then you
can kiss those results goodbye!
I have
set up SuperFastFitness to educate and train people
to ensure that:
You Get Results Fast!
Do you have what
it takes?
Over the course
of my career I have come to realise that
very few people get results. The reason why? In my opinion it’s because
most
exercisers and dieters don’t do nearly enough proper training to
warrant the
results they wish for.
They make excuses:
I don’t have
time, I’ll just have this biscuit, I’m tired etc, and I’ve heard all of
them
before.
They keep
putting it off:
I’ll start
tomorrow, next Monday, next year!
They are afraid to push
themselves
and get uncomfortable:
It’s too
hard, too heavy, I can’t!
People who get
results don’t make excuses. They work their
arses off to get the results they want. They focus on doing more every
session to
achieve success faster so they can start to enjoy it sooner.
Ultimately the
difference between success and failure in the
gym is simple:
Successful people Train,
others just exercise.
Training means
that you constantly progress in your sessions.
It means that every time you come into the gym you have a goal to
improve upon
and you achieve that goal. Training means pushing yourself beyond your
comfort
zone and testing your physical and mental limits in the gym.
It’s easy to
exercise you just go for a walk or do 20 minutes
on the cross trainer. Lift a few weights, do some sit ups and go home.
Just because you
are exercising doesn’t give you the divine
right to get results. You must put in a huge effort to get them.
Now you may or
may not be offended by this. If you are that’s
not what I want. What I do want is to challenge you to achieve your
fitness
results
faster. I want to help you because I know how frustrating it can be to
come to
the gym week in week out and not see your body changing. I’ve been
there
before.
Are You up for the
Challenge?
I have designed
a 6 week programme
to help you drop fat, lose weight and develop noticeable muscle tone
within that time frame. Don’t get
me wrong this isn’t some quick fix or fad diet.
This programme
will
only work
if you are committed to it. It will only work if you stick to it. It
will only
work if you follow the nutrition plan that comes with it with 100%
compliance.
How does 15lbs
in 6 weeks sound? I’ve had plenty of clients
achieve that and more in 6 weeks. Again this isn’t some quick fix or
fad diet.
This is proper training and sound nutrition that if you keep up you can
lose a hell
of a lot more than just 15lbs
The
best part is I’m giving this away for FREE. That’s right you won’t have
to pay
a single penny for it!
Why?
Frankly I don’t
think everyone has what it takes to do this.
I want to prove myself wrong. I would love if everyone who read this
downloaded
the programme and got phenomenal results. They won’t. In fact most
people won’t
even download it. Others will and will never use it. Some will and they
will
get amazing results in 6 weeks time. What will you do?
