you can in your desired time frame. They are not for everyone. Only
those with a willingness to push through mental and physical
limitations will make their programme a success.

To give you an idea of what's expected from you as a client here are some
of our requirements:
First phase (4 weeks)
Recording everything you eat and the exercise you do
Handing in your weekly food & training journals on time
Eliminating certain foods such as sugar, white bread, biscuits, cakes etc.
Eliminating stimulants such as fizzy drinks, tea (except herbal) and coffee
(Eliminating certain foods & stimulants can be the difference between
getting no results and getting great results)
Continuous
Eat 5-6 times a day as outlined in your nutrition programme
Do a minimum of 2 extra training sessions a week on top of training with your
trainer
Never turn up late for a session
Give no less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation Constantly strive to get fitter, stronger and leaner
By complying with these requirements you will be setting yourself up for great
success. Some of them may seem very challenging at first however they are
very doable. And we have designed our coaching programmes to make
sure that you can implement them into your lifestyle as easily as
possible.
